Role Overview

As a Store Supervisor, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the technical stores, ensuring compliance with aviation safety standards and regulatory requirements. Reporting to the Manager – Stores & Logistics, you’ll work closely with teams in Technical Maintenance, Compliance & Quality, and Corporate Safety to ensure seamless material support and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all bonded store operations, including segregation, storage, control, and monitoring of aircraft parts and materials in line with GCAA and OEM standards.
• Review and improve storekeeping processes for maximum efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage 24/7 material support for aircraft maintenance operations.
• Oversee tool store management, ensuring proper control and availability for all maintenance checks.
• Conduct inventory and stock checks, ensuring timely reconciliation and reporting.
• Uphold company safety and quality protocols, promoting safe practices across all operations.
• Plan and allocate manpower effectively to ensure smooth workflows.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of aviation industry experience, preferably in aircraft maintenance stores and logistics.
• Prior supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of aviation manuals, aircraft spares management, and ERP systems (e.g., AMOS).
• Proficient in MS Office applications and adaptable to a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven, reliable, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
