Job Overview

The Emirates Official Store Supervisor will work closely with the Merchandise Support Controllers and Manager Merchandise to oversee daily operations across all Emirates Official Store outlets. These locations include:

Emirates Group Headquarters (EGHQ)
Emirates Group IT (EGIT)
dnata Travel Centre
Dubai International Airport (DXB)
The Dubai Mall

The role focuses on supervising retail operations, managing teams, driving sales performance, and ensuring that all stores reflect Emirates’ premium brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Operations

Supervise daily store operations across all UAE locations
Ensure branding and store presentation comply with CCMB and Visual Style Guide (VSG) standards
Drive sales performance and achieve financial targets
Conduct regular store visits and performance reviews

Inventory & Logistics

Oversee inventory control and ensure SOP compliance
Organize annual stock counts and periodic stock checks
Coordinate product deliveries with EK Stores and business partners

Planning & Reporting

Develop and maintain a rolling marketing calendar
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and motivate store sales teams
Prepare monthly staff rosters based on business needs
Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism

Additional Responsibilities

Emirates Official Store

Manage visual merchandising updates across all outlets
Ensure POS system compliance and support enhancements
Oversee temporary and remote store setups at major aviation events such as the Dubai Airshow and Arabian Travel Market

Dubai Duty Free (DDF)

Present product proposals to DDF buying teams
Manage order fulfillment, delivery, and invoicing

Dubai Mall – Flight Simulator Zone

Monitor daily bookings through the Digitickets system
Respond to customer inquiries and manage scheduling
Support marketing analysis using Google Analytics
Coordinate invoicing with Emaar Entertainment

Required Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in retail or sales environments
Prior leadership or supervisory experience is preferred
Knowledge of visual merchandising practices is an advantage
Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Excellent analytical and reporting skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Airline industry or regional market knowledge is beneficial
