Job Overview
Central Tents is seeking an experienced Admin & Document Controller with strong administrative and documentation skills. The ideal candidate should be familiar with site coordination, invoicing, ERP systems, and be available to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage official correspondence and emails
- Perform accurate data entry and database maintenance
- Prepare, process, and track invoices
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable
- Handle document control and site documentation
- Coordinate with site teams and internal departments
- Prepare PR, QCS, PO, and invoice documents
- Monitor project expenses and maintain records
- Arrange documentation for training, medical, CICPA, and OPTIMA
- Support accounts department tasks
- Work with SAP, Oracle, and invoicing systems
- Maintain working knowledge of the ADNOC system

Central Tents is hiring a skilled Storekeeper to manage inventory operations, ensure accurate stock records, and maintain an organized storage environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and tools
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and identification of items
- Maintain inventory records using ERP, SAP, Tally, or similar systems
- Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies
- Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requests when required
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store area
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
- Coordinate stock updates with the Operations Manager
- Follow company safety, quality, and operational standards
