• Salary: AED 6,000 – AED 7,000 (based on experience)

Experience & Industry Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of HR experience in the UAE
• Mandatory experience in the Gold & Jewellery industry
• Proven background in managing HR operations within a retail or branch-based environment

Key Roles & Responsibilities

The Branch HR Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions, including:

• Recruitment and staff selection
• Employee onboarding and induction
• Handling employee relations and grievances
• Performance management and appraisals
• Ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws
• Staff engagement, retention, and disciplinary actions
• Managing resignations, terminations, and exit formalities
