  • Proven background in managing HR operations within a retail or branch-based environment

Key Roles & Responsibilities

The Branch HR Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions, including:

  • Recruitment and staff selection
  • Employee onboarding and induction

  • Ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws
  • Staff engagement, retention, and disciplinary actions
