The Storekeeper will manage the complete warehouse cycle—receiving, storing, and dispatching materials with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate is well-organized, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high operational standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee receiving, storage, and issuance of materials
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and transaction documentation
  • Conduct regular stock audits and prepare warehouse activity reports
  • Ensure warehouse safety and compliance with internal and regulatory standards
  • Organize and label materials for easy access and optimized storage
  • Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams for stock-level planning
  • Assist in loading/unloading and coordinate with logistics teams
  • Identify and resolve stock discrepancies
  • Ensure timely dispatch and delivery scheduling
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the building materials industry
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
