The Helper position supports daily store and warehouse activities, ensuring smooth inventory handling and efficient stock movement.

Key Responsibilities

As a Helper at Sharaf DG, your duties will include:

• Assisting with loading, unloading, and internal transfer of merchandise
• Supporting stock movement in receiving areas, stockrooms, holding areas, and display sections
• Helping inventory executives with goods receiving and documentation
• Performing tagging, barcoding, labeling, and shrink-wrapping of products
• Preparing gate passes for merchandise movement when required
• Following store opening and closing operational checklists
• Complying with company policies related to safety, inventory handling, and staff conduct

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

Educational Qualification

• Minimum Secondary School certificate

Experience

• 0–1 year of work experience
• Prior exposure to inventory or warehouse operations (6 months to 1 year) is an advantage

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of ERP systems is a plus
• Familiarity with MS Excel is preferred

Personal & Soft Skills

• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
