Job Purpose

The primary responsibility of the Guest Service Agent is to deliver a personalized, on-brand arrival and departure experience for every guest. The role supports operational efficiency, ensures accurate guest records, and contributes positively to Guest Voice and loyalty performance metrics.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a personalized Sheraton-branded guest experience throughout the stay
  • Maintain full compliance with Sheraton Brand Standards, achieving 90% or above in BSA audits
  • Identify and recognize Marriott Bonvoy members, ensuring proper welcome amenities
  • Follow WELCOME procedures during check-in and FAREWELL procedures during check-out
  • Promote Sheraton Brand Differentiators, including the Sheraton Sleep Experience and Sheraton Club
  • Utilize the Guest Planning Screen daily to meet guest preferences accurately
  • Meet daily performance targets, including:
    • Marriott Bonvoy enrollments
    • Upselling rooms and suites
    • COFC (Check-Out For Children) capture of 25%
    • YC (Your Choice) participation of 15% of occupied rooms

Guest Service & Operational Excellence

  • Coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Club Lounge, and Room Service teams
  • Monitor high-balance reports and ensure PCI compliance
  • Manage VIP room allocations without unauthorized changes
  • Log and close guest requests and defects in GXP within 15 minutes
  • Update guest profiles with preferences, feedback, and service history
  • Assist guests with internet-related issues and ensure front desk readiness at all times

Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in Opera PMS and strong computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills with strong follow-up ability
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
