Job Overview: Bell Attendant

As a Bell Attendant, you will be one of the first points of contact for guests, playing a vital role in creating a positive first impression. Beyond handling luggage, this role focuses on delivering warm hospitality, assisting guests throughout their arrival and departure, and representing the Mövenpick brand with professionalism and care.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out
  • Deliver guest messages, packages, and personal belongings promptly
  • Provide a warm welcome and support a smooth arrival experience
  • Escort guests to rooms and offer clear explanations of room features and amenities
  • Maintain an active presence in the lobby as a brand ambassador
  • Offer directions, information, and personalized assistance to enhance guest satisfaction

Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates should have:

  • A strong customer-service mindset and friendly personality
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bell Attendant or in a similar Front Office role
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

Previous experience in luxury or upscale hotels will be an added advantage.
