Job Overview: Senior Customer Service Agent

The Senior Customer Service Agent holds an essential position within the Transport Control Centre (TCC), ensuring smooth transport coordination and administrative efficiency. This role is responsible for supporting daily transport operations while delivering exceptional customer service to both internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Customer Service Agent, you will oversee transport coordination, system management, and operational support. Your primary duties will include:

  • Updating and managing operational systems such as MARS and the TCC Operational System
  • Processing and managing booking requests with accurate and complete information
  • Liaising with transport service providers to coordinate schedules, pick-up, and drop-off arrangements
  • Ensuring efficient and cost-effective utilization of transport resources
  • Managing large volumes of calls, emails, and system notifications
  • Serving as the primary contact point at chauffeur drive lounges (T3 and EGHQ)
  • Recording, monitoring, and allocating customer complaints and feedback
  • Performing regular inspections of vehicles, including cleanliness, maintenance, and driver presentation

Qualifications and Skills Requirements

Candidates applying for this role should meet the following requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in logistics, transportation, or car rental operations within the UAE
  • Proven experience in customer service and client handling
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of additional foreign languages will be considered an advantage
  • Possession of a valid UAE driving licence is preferred
