I. Customer-Facing Roles
1. Airport Services Agent (Emirates / dnata) & Marhaba Services Agent
- Assist passengers during check-in, boarding, and baggage services
- Ensure a smooth and pleasant travel experience
- Support VIPs, unaccompanied minors, and passengers with special needs
- Represent Emirates Group while wearing the official company uniform
II. Back-Office Role
2. Contact Centre Services Agent
- Act as the voice of Emirates Group for customer inquiries
- Provide accurate information related to flights, bookings, and services
- Handle customer interactions via calls, chat, and social media platforms
- Maintain professionalism and efficiency at all times
- Multilingual skills preferred, including Arabic, Czech, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Mandarin, and Korean
✅ Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for Customer Service roles at Emirates Group, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- High School Certificate or A-Levels
- Excellent spoken and written English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work rotational and shift-based schedules
