I. Customer-Facing Roles

1. Airport Services Agent (Emirates / dnata) & Marhaba Services Agent

  • Assist passengers during check-in, boarding, and baggage services
  • Ensure a smooth and pleasant travel experience
  • Support VIPs, unaccompanied minors, and passengers with special needs
  • Represent Emirates Group while wearing the official company uniform

II. Back-Office Role

2. Contact Centre Services Agent

  • Act as the voice of Emirates Group for customer inquiries
  • Provide accurate information related to flights, bookings, and services
  • Handle customer interactions via calls, chat, and social media platforms
  • Maintain professionalism and efficiency at all times
  • Multilingual skills preferred, including Arabic, Czech, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Mandarin, and Korean
