Job Overview

SYSTRA is currently hiring an Office / Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and front-office activities. The role is essential in ensuring smooth communication, organized workflows, and efficient administrative coordination across departments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors
  • Manage reception duties, including answering and directing phone calls
  • Handle inquiries, take accurate messages, and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Support employees by processing requests and providing administrative assistance
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal office schedules
  • Assist management with documentation, filing, data entry, and reports
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for office supplies and maintenance

Candidate Requirements
