Role Overview

As a Store Supervisor, you will support the Store Manager in driving sales performance, managing daily operations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role involves overseeing team performance, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring smooth store operations in line with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent L’Occitane brand values in all customer and team interactions
  • Support achievement of store sales targets through effective selling strategies
  • Maintain high standards of customer experience and brand presentation
  • Follow retail policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
  • Participate in brand initiatives, projects, and community activities
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity

Team Management & Leadership

  • Foster a positive, respectful, and engaging work environment
  • Support team performance, motivation, and development
  • Assist in task allocation and daily staff responsibilities
  • Prepare staff schedules to ensure full shop floor coverage
  • Ensure grooming, conduct, and presentation standards are met

Customer Experience & Store Operations

  • Deliver personalized and exceptional customer service
  • Build and manage strong relationships with VIP customers
  • Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally
  • Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
  • Support inventory control, audits, and accurate stock movement
  • Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and HR policies

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in beauty retail
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Highly customer-focused and results-driven mindset
  • Arabic language proficiency is mandatory
